Yoga and fitness have been a significant part of my life since 1999. I have been teaching since 2013 and am trained in alignment based Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative, Prenatal, Kid’s Yoga, Postnatal, Yoga for Fertility and Yoga for Sensory Disorders. I am also certified in and teach Barre and QiFlow mobility movement.
Yoga and movement became a productive and natural way of dealing with back pain from my scoliosis and has given me strength where my structure is imbalanced. I find the practice to be both freeing and a great discipline. I aim to share my knowledge about the postures, alignment and endless potential of the human body with my students. The mind/body connection that I've gained through my yoga practice is something that enriches my life on a daily basis, and I love to share that gift with others.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years, in several different capacities. I enjoy teaching alignment based and fun, creatively sequenced classes. I aim to challenge my students, unlocking their inner strength within a safe and nurturing environment. Giving students a challenging physical workout and rounding it out with a mental and spiritual edge is, to me, the whole package.

Yoga for Fertility Support
Yoga for Fertility Support helps to make you an active agent in influencing your fertility. Build confidence and trust your body to do what it was made to do. Treat your mind and body with compassion, reduce stress, stay present, grounded and hopeful. The physical practice promotes blood flow to your reproductive organs and helps to open your hips. Restorative yoga poses bring your nervous system into the parasympathetic state. This state is associated with less anxiety, improved mood and more resiliency to stress.
